BSNL Hungama — Deactivation

I received a call from BSNL Hungama so many times, i replied i do not want service. Again and they calling, one day they told me that " you will not be charge until unless you registered in website. so i said ok and i didn't registered in hungama website. but when comming to end of days i am getting bill excess RS 410 /-. since i am working in private company and i am in special project iam not able t contact. and i denay to pay the amount after 2 months i got the notice from bsnl. after that i paid and still bill comming same excess amount. i am requesting bsnl to dont cheat the customers. why you people are allowing such a type of third party. they are cheating. please atleast stop this type of culture. this not fair. would you please stop the service.
