BSNL — dead

The due payment has been made on 31.10.08 in cash, but the telephone line is not yet restored. Kindly immediately restore the connection because of patient at home.

the telephone line is dead for past 3 months, with which i cant able to use broadband connection too.
i made complaints several times to Mrs.Jayalakshmi working in bsnl office situated at ambattur telephone exchange.
i got no proper response.
evenafter paying the bills we cant able to use the facilities.
if the remedy is not taken in due time before this weekend, u may face serious consequences.

My phone #[protected] has been dead since last week and i have complaint over phone # 374 but till the time its in same position. Please do the needful.

Our BSNL landline 27971789 is dead for the last 3 days.

landline 25456279 is dead since 09/02/2010. I have already lodged complaint at BSNL exchange, Pune, but still no action is taken.

From yesterday night the landline is completly dead. We have already registered complaint regarding this. And there is always cross connection in our landline. This has been communicated as complaint to BSNL but there is no response. We had taken new connection only in Feb 10. And almost 20 times we would have complained. But no action has been taken. We are not receiving the hard copy of the bill of both Landline and Broadband. We are facing very big problem. Kindly rectify and solve the issue
