Dear Sir/Madam, Below are my phone number and unique id details: phone #: 27792541 UID: [protected] I am not getting regular monthly bill for which I had also submitted a written complaint in BNSL office at Trimulgherry circle along with a copy of my current address, but to no use. However, due to non-receipt of monthly bill of my aforesaid landline I am unable to pay the bill amount on or before due date. I would also like to bring to your kind notice that in case BSNL disconnects my internet/landline connection due to non-payment of bill, I will not be responsible for the same as I am not getting my bills regularly. BSNL — Receiving the Bills

I have 3 Landline connections. I m regular on my payments. But from last 4 months i m constantly receiving my Landlin Bill on last due payemnt date and sometime after due date.

I complained many times to BSNL offices but they blame Postal department for late dispatch of bills and when I complained to Post Master they blamed BSNL for not giving bills on time.

This is just open naked dirty game of blaming each other. No one is guilty for this matter, nor postal zone nor bsnl office. Due to this customers like me have to pay the dues + late fees [40-100 rs. per bill].

This is rediculus services although Gujarat is developing state, but v middle class peple still have to suffer.

since last four week in IRISET LALAGUDA area we are getting most unrealible mobile signal It is very bad on the part of BSNL PLease look in to matter

BSNL Hyderabad — nno bills are being send from 8 months

my telephone no is[protected] and they are not sending me monthly bill from last 8 months.i have represented to complaint cell and by dialing no 1500 but in vain. their lower staff say that their gms took bribe and introduced useless software worth 200 crore which spoiled whole good system.god knows the fact.my agony is i am visiting bsnl office at khiratabad every month to know my bill amount and paying it to avoid dis connection though there is no fault of mine. pl remove my worry. address. d. hanumantharao,106/a, journalist colony, jubelee hills, hyderabad-500033.

BSNL — Not receiving bills

Hi,

I got a BSNL broad band connection on sep 09. Till now I did not receive any bills. When I check with the Billing personnel in the office they just asked me to give complaint in post office as the billing address in the system is correct. But I told them that I received my bank statements and other bills with the same address. then they told me that they are helpless in this case. Please suggest me what to do.

dataone services are deteriorating day by day no response to complaints very slow speed, unability to utilize facilities as chacking uses web mail cleaning etc.

Sir , from 1 jan-2011 onwards we are not getting bills for our land line (bsnl) number ....earlier we use to get bill on time . because of this we have panalised to pay surcharge on bill of jan -- feb , now again we have not receive bill of march - april ...........i contacted different personals of departement but got not got any responce from their side ...............i request u to please take this matter in to your consideration and take apropriate action......................
