[Resolved]  BSNL, Hyderabad — telephone not working

My telephone no[protected], is not working since 2 weeks. please correct the problem

Yes Dude, I am also having the same problem. I went to office and changed my Address there. Still I am not at all getting my bill. It almost a 4months game. and hope will continue.

Ooh GOD!!!...Is there any solution for this?

I would like to request BSNL to give some online solution for - Bill Enquiry, Duplicate Bill Enquiry etc...

My phone number[protected] is not working from 27 08 2009. Please rectify early.

My Land line[protected] is dead for last 20 days. complaint was booked through 198No. System generated log no is[protected].
Till this date compliant is not resolved.
I have been using this no since 10years and my monthly, My billing is on average Rs1000/per month.
Being loyal customer to bsnl this the kind of service offered by the department.
At this point of time we are very much disappointed .PL. ensure immediate rectification of fault

My phone numberj is[protected]. I have made a complaint to[protected] for severe noise in the telephone. Some once called from the department and enquiered about the functioning of the phone. I had told him that the phone is not working properly. He replied that he would do the needful. However, the phone has gone completely dead since the past week. My other telephone number is[protected]. Mohile no. [protected].Please rectify at the earliest

My Land line Number is[protected] is not working for more than a week now. I have lodged complaints multiple times (Docket number: [protected]).
I am very much disappointed with the service. Please get it rectified.

I am customer of BSNL Land Phone Number is 24652241 Located at Avanthi Apt. Kudbiguda -Kachiguda HYDERABAD, A P Under telephone exchange Of kachguda & Gwaliguda Transper of New House at same colony
and come to under same exchange old house to new house distance near 50 Mts, I have given transfer letter on May 2009, till now i have not recived my bsnl Bill on my new address.


I am old customer of BSNL since 2006 regulare bill paid without any delay & having BROADBAND CONNECTION also .

Since one week My phon is not working -dead, day before yesterday it has connected & now its working but Broadband Internet is not working
I was try to call customer care but there is no response (1500, 198)except Toll free no.[protected],
3-4 times communicated with CC, Mr Rahul, Mr.Sagar ... Good Response from all CC but they could not solve my problem
Lastly I gave call to[protected] Mrs. Laxmi recived my call Reg.My broadband connection she said she had reset my password but still it has not solve.

Note :-Already information given to BSNL CC That my Mrs. & me both are working & if any BSNL exicutive want to visite my home to solve problem
they can come most wellcome but before 12 pm we will be avialable.

This is request to you all please resolve my Internet problem ASAP

the telephone is dead from 22 nd oct. i gave 4 compaints. 2 days before the line man called us annd told the problem is rectified. indeed the phone worked for 30 mins or so. after that it is dead again. its very annoying. please rectify it as soon as possible or do not chargr any service charge for this month. i dont want to pay for the days it is dead.
