[Resolved]  BSNL, Hyderabad — telephone not working

with reference to my previous email. in which my telephone number was not mentioned for reconnection,

REMINDER: I AM WORKING IN SAUDI ARABIA PRESENTLY
MY MAID FAILED TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING MONTHLY REENTAL BALANCE, DUE TO THIS, THE TELEPHONE FACILITY WAS DISCONNECTED. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE ME THE AMONT SO THAT I CAN DEPOSIT IT IMMEDIATELY.

I am customer of BSNL Land Phone Number is 27790057 Located at Swarnadhamanagar Old Bowenpally Secundrabad A P Under telephone exchange of Tirumalgiri, my phone not working-dead science 13/11/2009, I called customer care (12727) and registered a complaint on 16/11/09 (Complaint No. 4247), after that I am calling every day to CC, every time they say that we are sending the reminder. I got the telephone connection on 25th August till now this is 3rd time my phone is dead, every time it takes 15 days to rectify the problem, in 4 months time 2 months phone dead only.

And also I applied for BROADBAND connection on 19/10/2009 from self-care (Sr. No. [protected]), also registered from CC (1500, Sr. No [protected]) till now there is no response,
I am a privet company employee, I will leave home at 8 am and reach at home 7 pm, only Sunday holiday, I don’t have time to run around the BSNL office, after so much advance technology developed even though the BSNL is not changing.

Now I decided to disconnect the phone, but I don’t have time to go to exchange and give request for disconnection.

My Land Line no. is[protected] is dead for last one week. Complaint was booked through 23052198 no. Sytem generated log no. is [protected], dated 9.4.2010 and [protected], dated 13.4.10. Till this date complaint is not resolved.

I am using this phone since last 12 years. Being a loyal customer to BSNL this is the kind of service I am getting. I am very much disappointed with the service.

Please ensure immediate rectification of fault.

I have registered complaint through your automated IVR twice.In response i have received locket no [protected].When we fall up the locket no the IVR Machine gives the same old response saying that the problem is under progress.I am losing my business.
