[Resolved]  BSNL Internet Connection — Browsing speed problem

pls i want to know what is my acc...... id . and how i know my billings. my bsnl phone number is 23725857.

I complaint to customer care from so many days that i still do not get GPRS setting . why?
from last 1.5 month i register complaint.

I want GPRS setting .
if not possible tell me that bsnl is unable to provide GPRS setting.
I regreat that i am ur customer.

all o[censored] better change ur internet to some other good internet
that is good for these BSNL guys.. and their service is very very very bad in all the places especially in bangalore ...they are providing bad service,,,,,,regret is the only word help all....

I have applied for new Bradband Internet connection for my house on Oct 07. thro online bsnl website. so for more then 3 month was completed, i want to know the status for the internet connection. when i can get this and how long it will take further my home town is Karaikal - Pondicherry. my Ph no is - 221311.

i applied 4 i-net around 20 days before but it still not activated, i sent u mail regard this in morning also but u didn't reply. i request u 2 activate it 2day itself.
land line no[protected] on which i want 2 activate my net. u may get me back on my email id same or call me [protected]. immediate response will b appritiate. regarda kuldeep sharma.

We have BSNL internet connection in home .It was working properly until May but since June 4 when we are trying to connect the internet it was saying Invalid UserName or Password. But we have given correct UserName oNly. Could you please come to our address and rectify the problem. My address is given below

BSNL Internet Connection — Very poor reponse in BSNL Internet connection

It is a shame that I have not received the broadband connection @ my house. Its more than a month of our registration in BSNL. Went to the Telephone office again and again. No proper response. I have called the thousand times. They have asked me to go for someother network connect. I dont understand what they do. I still didnt receive phone connection at home. i am put up in Vepery.

our bsnl internet speed is very poor. i use bsnl HUAWEI hub and surf instrument for internet but not that speedy compair to other internet service provider.

I request a complaint by changing of limited package to unlimited package. it is chaged or not

The the services of BSNL are much hyped in the media. Who listens to us? I get only 30 kbps speed in 750 ul though BSNL promises at least 212 kbps. DOES BSNL LISTEN! Reduce cost on celebrities. Increase cost on customers. THEY PAY.

I got a BSNL connection on the month of february 26. But the net connection is very slow due to unproper LAN connection in my area( keeahakasakudy karaikal)..its really regreaing to call the servce provider again and again...kindly provide the proper line connection..

hallo sir my house allrate i have landline plsi neet change internet line.my tle nomber [protected].

Very worst service from BSNL. They came to get the money immediately. After getting the money, they are not responding atall.2months gone. But i didnt get netconnection. I dont know y they are getting salary. I dont think they are doing their job in a proper manner. very very worst BSNL

i want complaint about the borandband connection in my home.the speed of the internet is very slow from last one month.i complaint again and again in the exchange but i d'not know what they do.I donot think they do their work properly and whaen we connect through the skype internet totally stopped working.plz kindly provide the proper internet connection
