sir, i am BSNL broadband customer and from 10 days my broadband connection has disconnected and i requested BSNL customer care service three time . They gave me complaint number but still i am facing disconnect problem and they not provide me broadband service.Please solve my this problem . i dont think your deparment solve the problum of customer, i have boradband connection on phone no.[protected], i am facing the problum link not stayable since one month, but nobody care about my complaints, kindly solve my problum becos i am paying Rs. 1000/- rent per month for this service, kindly solve my problum & oblise me.
