[Resolved]  BSNL Kolkata Telephones — Phone not working

Our Telephone No. 2231 4121 and we are using facilities of STD but recently lasy few days after dialing
required number e.g.[protected] Our Head Office at Mumbai but after few seconds your recorded voice is comming to us 'YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS FACILITIES" - It is very surprise since last Two years
we are using this Telephone cum Fax but we have never faced this sort of problem

Please look into the matter if the problem is not solved immediately we are to change BSNL instaed we will use some other services who are giving better services in our other offices.

Matter most urgent and please do the needful at your earliest.

My phone no is[protected].Since last one month my phone is not working properly, sometimes it was dead, sometimes few other sound come over the telephone.I had complain and docket two times they come and checked, but right now problem not solved.The Sound comes over the telephone I can hear but other party he/she can’t.
I told to near Bsnl office that please change the phone.
Kindly see this, and as soon as resolve this problem.

my telephone no is 24285525. My address is c 204 victoria greens 385 garia main road kol 84.my telephone set is defefctive making it impossible to converse. My broadband connection does not work a minute without interruption. Repeated complains to 1504, 198 and local exchange has no response.

My Telephone No is 23378565.
The telephone was noisy since one month and lodged a complaint about 15 days back.After about 4days I got a ring from some lineman who inquired about the nature of fault and the same was communicated.But no action was taken to rectify the fault. Now since last two days the telephone is 'Dead'. When I tried to resister the fault it was stated that fault is already registered and the complaint No is R6439. Since I cannot contact any officicial telephonically I am putting this complaint with ahope that the fault would rectified within a reasonable time say 2 to 3 days or I am expecting too much from our BSNL!!

My self and my wife is a customer of BSNL prepaid SARAL ANANT connection for last 5 years. The no.s are [protected] & [protected]. From last 27th July 2010 the call cost massage is not showing regularly in our cell phone and we made lot of complains through your customer care division. I, samir kumar Maiti, my land line No[protected], is not working since 20.january2011. I complaint on several times, but failed to run my phone. The servicing personel came but dont get any result. Now, I presume employees of the concern are not interested to repair my line and also other suferer due to their vested interested.

Since the last 14 days my phone is dead. I am so facing lots of problem for this fault.

Since last 4-5 months I do not receive any telephone bill so I have to collect the duplicate bill from the concern exchange to make the payment which is neither expected from you nor viable for me in the long run.

My landline 24422595 has been out of order for the last 4 days.I have lodged a complaint at 24422198 but they do not provide any complaint docket number.

This appears to be a new introduction by which there remains no accountability of when the complaint is lodged ( if at all registered ) and when the line will be restored.


Could I receive a reply?

I am Pinak Ranjan Das, My phone no. is[protected].I also have a broadband connection.My phone is dead for more than a month(from 3.9.2011).I have made a docket, and also talked with the concerned S.D.E. several times.But it is unfortunate that my telephone is still dead and the broadband service is highly interrupting.The officer concerned cannot even assure me that when my phone will be all right again.I hope you will look into the matter and help in making my telephone operative again.I know that it will not matter for bsnl if they lose a single customer but form my side, if this type of ineffectiveness goes on, I will be forced to surrender my telephone and broadband line.I would request you to solve this matter.

I am a subscriber of landline no[protected] with a 'MANIKJORE' connection from since when introduce and that time no rental charges of 'HANDSET-MOBILE againest landline', now I again come to town & live here.Now I cann't call & recieve on my mobile
no-[protected](My landline no[protected] is still working).When I complain to your BURRABAZAR BILLING OFFICE
told me that now Rs.40/-per month payable.Now I request U plz.waive rental upto DECEMBER' 2011, because I totally not use.I also assure U that from JANUARY' 2012, I again use that mobile no-[protected] & paid from JAN'2012.

I was getting problems from long time in my broad band line after several complain verbally on telephone number 22692211 to Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya it didn’t resolve once MR Debashish Assistant of
Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya received phone I complain that why my broadband line is getting disconnect frequently to that he replied "Sudhu Sudhu Apnar ii Keno Kharab hoy " agressivly thenafter I went telephone office at chittrranjan were MR Sandip Bhattacharya and Debashish office when I complain get checked my modem UTR 300 from them find ok after that I ask Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya that sir was is a official comment from Mr. Debashish "Sudhu Sudhu Apnarii Keno Kharab hoy " do I make fault intentionally to my broadband line so that my works get harassed ?
To that Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya dint answer mean while Mr. Debashish aggressively said "Besh Korechi " then after Mr. Sandip silently dint said anything SIR IS THIS BEHAVIOR A PUBLIC OFFICE GIVES TO A PUBLIC .
then for some time Broadband line get ok again 2- 3 days later same problem frequent Disconnection then again I call to 22692211 for verbal complaint to Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya unfortunately the phone was received by Mr. Debashish when I said again same arrogant reply "key Bolche" after Saying my name and number he arrogantly answer MR Sandip is not their when I will come you Call that time " Sir am I a public servant or they are " hence after 1 hour I call and complaint to Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya about the Broadband he then said kindly change Your modem after that I send request to Commercial officer for new modem on rent I was provided a new modem .
But still problem is their same.
IN 12 Month their 13 time OFC Break Down You Can check to that They Reply What can We do
And after repair of OFC again I getting the same problem of frequent Disconnection
Again I called 22692211 Mr. Debashish rudely reply “MR Sandip née Eel Phone Corbin"
This time I have Docketed complaint the docket Number is[protected]
