[Resolved]  BSNL — No internet connection & LANDLINE DIAL TONE is not ringing in normal tone(i.e., a noisy & disturbing sound)

For the past 4 days my LANDLINE DIAL TONE is not ringing in normal tone(i.e., a noisy & disturbing sound)Due to this my internet connection is also not working properly.It starts blinking(the yellow light of the modem:the link portion) every 5-7 minutes & sometimes there is no internet connection only.LANDLINE No.:[protected];
