[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — landline phone not working

my telephone no.[protected] is not working since last week

my telephone no.[protected]is not working since three ~4months
I am paying the bills
But no one (line man or engineer) checkes the line regularly
all are waiting for complaint to be raised only action will taken

I am using responce responce in my house since last 8 years.Last 6-7 months are not properly working my phone[protected] are connect another phone No. In nest Exchange, are not responce.

My landline phone no[protected] is not working since 24 th july 2009. Due to failure of phone we are finding it hard to get in the services...
i have registered a complaint but nothing is been done...
please do the need full to the earliest possible...

My land line no is[protected]. I have made a complaint for severe distrubance in the dial tone of the phone about a month back. The fault has not been rectified. Moreover, since the past one week, the phone has gone dead. The only reason i am holding on to this phone is of sentimental value, as we are holding it for the past 3 decades. We are comfortable because of an airtel landline and three mobile phone of airtel. Otherwise we would have disconnected it long ago. Will some one please do something about this.

my phone no is[protected]my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. DP line is laying on the road so that it damaged by passer-by. My telephone is working only 10-12 days in a month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly

My landline is inactive for a long time. Please help me, I want to take a broadband conection.

My mother is aged senior citizen residing in valasaravakkam.our landline no is 24863253. For the past six months the phone is not working. Inspire of repeated complaints through mobile phone and going directly to the office, there is no response. Occasionally the workers come and collect their tips. That's all. I would request the concerned officials to take immediate step to resolve the situation. Thanking you.
