[Resolved] BSNL Landline — Non-activation of Landline after payment of bill
I'm, lodging this complaint regadring my landline phone[protected], which has not been activated for usage, even after payment of bill on 2/3/09 at 11:30 AM. I was told that my phone would be activated by 4 pm on the same day, but my phone remains inactivated till now (2:00 PM, 4/3/09).
I'm unable to make any call from the phone, including toll free numbers like "198", "12727", "1095" and other compalint numbers of my circle "24012198".
Kindly into my grevience and get my phone activated immediately.
Further please note that, i have not been receiving any phone bills.
