I got BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION LAST YEAR MONSOON SEASON. AFTER GETTING THE CONNECTION, HTHE NEW INSTRUMENT GOT FAULTY, WE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT REGARDING THE FAULTY INSTRUMENT, LINE MAN CAME AND CHANGED THE INSTRUMENT BY PLACING A VERY VERY OLD AND DIRTY INSTRUMENT BY SAYING THAT WITHIN A PERIOD OF WEEK, WE WILL REPAIR THE NEW INSTRUMENT TILL THAN WE HAVE TO USE LINE WITH THIS OLD INSTRUMENT. ONE YEAR HAS BEEN LAPSED, NO OFFICER IS READY TO HEAR THE FACT BY SAYING YEH TO HOTA HI REHTA HAI, KYA KARE. IN THIS REGARDS, WE RELLY FELT THAT IN COMPARISATION BSNL OTHER SERVICES, LIKE RELIANCE ARE VERY GOOD. WHERE EVEN COMPLAINTS ARE BEING RESPONSED PROPERLY Was this information helpful? | |
