[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — BSNL - Land phone[protected] is Unable to Use

My telephone number[protected] is not working for more than a month.I request your immediate action to rectify the defect.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My no is [protected].I applied for BSNL landline and broadband in BSNL mela held on 20th september 2008.
After that no one visited/called us for any landline installation.
After repeated visits, someone came and put the landline on 7th October 2008.But while during an incoming call, phone
will not ring and the call will get tripped
Since 7th october i have done repeated visits asking the BSNL people to correct the defect.I am told today they will
fix it but till today it has not been fixed.
I have visited BSNL Indranagar office so many times but of no use.

Even installing the broadband also they haven't yet initiated.
I request you to do the needful.

This is regarding a complaint which i have already submitted to you about the disturbance and problems I am facing with the landline connection number[protected], I am hearing noise and disturbing sounds while making calls, facing problem with the instrument of which we have alredy made complaint many times. so please change the instrument and provide us with new called id instrument. we are using this connection since last ten years. I already registered this complaint in raipur exchange, And I have missed so many important calls. Please consider this as urgent and try to solve this problem soon.

BSNL Landline — noise in phone since long

sir, my landline phone no. 2356230 is so noisy that it is not possible to hear. The problem is continuing sinse last 4 months.I am lodging complaint on198 every 3rd day.Everyday at least 3times it is asked by BSNL if phone is o.k. Everytime my reply is NO it is still noisy. And THEY TREAT IT AS IT IS ALRIGHT. Again a fresh complaint is lodged.This can be verified from the computerised record of complaints.I am thinking to surrender it. we have been facing the problem of noice while talking in the phone. its the problem due to the improper connection of land l.ine fixing and cable fault. so plz rectify our problem so that we can use it in an efficient way.

my land line number is[protected], our problem is that when ever anyone used to call us its saying out order, some times call may disconnect, very disturbing thing is the noice and its very difiicult to get the line..my brother and sister is in north they all saying its very difficult to get the line..thrice i complaint..once the authorities came and change the phone still we are facinng the same prob..please do the needfull

My land line connection is not working for last one month, and i have already informed many times at Kachirapalayam BSNL exchange but there is no any response from there. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
