[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — phone is dead

My Phone no. is[protected]. My Phone dead daily on 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Phone Bills is not reach on address. I am very troble on this connection. I hope that We want your early action for this matter.

It has become normal feature of my landline phone no[protected] to become out of order and to remain
in such a condition for weeks together.No one cares coplaints booked on 198.In the recent case I have
booked my complaint on oct22-complaint noL7390, on oct 28-complaint no M3149&on nov3-complaint no
N7832 but not yet got any redressal effort from your department.The phone in question very often loses its dial tone .Sometimes ring comes but display shows no clip and no voice comes from other side on trying
to receive the coming call.It has become totally impossible to be connected in single effort.For last more
than 20 days my phone no[protected] is totally dead.It is therefore requested to you to look into the
matter very urgently so that i may keep my patience to remain with BSNL.

My phone connection number is[protected]. I have got the connections in Aug 2002 .My bill is not reach on my address. So I have not given this months bill and result is this. that my phone is incoming & In your Mankapur ITI office, I will 3 times but Bill machine was bad.

our bsnl landline phone no[protected] dead for last 1 week, i have booked complaint through ivrs, but we have not get any response from the bsnl authority.

My landline telephone is still dead from last 1 month. I had put my complaint on Chalpeth Telephone Exchange at several times no body look toward my complaint its to difficult to servive with BSNL connection.

BSNL Landline — dead since 01 month

My phone connection number is[protected]. And this phone number is dead since 01 month, i have made many complaints on your toll free number but no action has been taken yet. Due to this i am facing many problems so it is my humble request to you, kindly look into this matter seriously n resolve it as soon as possible.

I want to make complain, that my land line/broadband bearing no[protected] is totaly dead since last 15 days. Its happening again and again.last time it was dead for 3 weeks and i made many complains but no care had been taken from ur end. This time again it is dead and i registered a complain to the SDE(BSNL), Bishalghar, Agartala, Tripura State but no one came and rectify it till today. Suggest me what to do ?
I came to know that against any registered complaint, Bsnl takes care within 48 hours but i made complain 13-15 days back, but in vain i did not find any results. It is also to say that I hv broadband unlimited plan also attached with this landphone. please do something.

My landphone as ell as broadand connection bearing no[protected] was dead since last 15 days, it happens regularly. I registered complain to the concern SDE, BSNL, Bishalghar, TRIPURA STATE but in vain no measures had been taken till today, what to do ?
