[Resolved]  BSNL Landline Telephone — BSNL LANDLINE TELEPHONE NOT WORKING SINCE 15 DAYS

My residence landline no. 23646841 is out of order since yesterday i.e 24th Feb.
Kindly look into this issue & resolve it.

Even coplaint has been done, but till today no action taken.

Panipat is Out of order, and dead from past 15 days.

2. Kindly repair the fault and resume the services as soon as
possible. I will be very greatful to your kind effort.

emerson — INTERNET IS NOT WORKING SINCE 15 DAYS

ITS BEEING 15 DAYS TODAY AND RELIANCE PEOPLE R NOT SOLVING MY INTERNET CONNECTION.WHENEVER I CALL TO THEM THEY SAID THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED WITHEN 16 HRS AND AGAIN SAID THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED 72 HRS BUT ITS BEEING 15 DAYS TODAY.

Dear sir,
last 10 days my phone is not working. i donot know what is the problem in it.
when anybody call me then reply is that " this subscriber you have dial is power off.
i have complainted two times earlier but i didnot get any response yet.

The telephone connection to my house was not working since[protected]. ( BSNL no.[protected]I have reported the phone complaint To Vizhinjam Exchange on the next day itself.They have not taken any action to find out the fault and repair the phone.Whenever I contact them, their reply is very much dissappinting and somteimes they are not even responding to my querry.

My only son and my son-in- law are working in Defence service and no other mediaum to contact them for me.I am a retired Govt employee and myself and my wife are staying in my house and contacting my son and daughter are very much essential in this aged life and we are in utter dissappointment.

Hence we plead for your help and to give necessary directions to the concerned exchange to rectify the fault immediately

BSNL Landline Telephone — Frequent faults in Telephone No-0129-2286630

My telephone No.[protected] becomes dead frequently.
After restoration also there is continues disturbance due to which we are not able to listen clearly from other side,
Please get my phone checked thoroughly and remove the fault permanently,

dear sir

we are many times booking landline tel are not proper working but your line man comes and line man
talk to ok and after three or four as it as line fault i said change to service line but he is not change my landline no 2485113. please change very old service line and i hope vary good service your bsnl side.

BSNL Landline — not working since 10 days

My telephone landline is 23517580. Wires have been hanging outside for the past 10 days. Made complaints twice but regret to inform you that NO body has attended to this complaint. When the telephone is not useful for the required services, I still feel that there is no necessity in utilising your service. Hence you are immediately requested either to set right the telephone or else you can as well CANCEL/remove the telephone without any further loss of time.

BSNL Telephones — landline phone not working

our landline no.[protected] with customer id[protected] has not been working since the last 3 months .Inspite of several complaints made, repair work is not satisfactory cause according to the officers who come to check there is some problem with the line,
if that is the case then why are we paying the bill unnecassarily, without any usage, and made to suffer.
i would want strict action against the negligence, and like the previous bills to be reimbursed.The authorities have to repair the line as soon as possible.
