my name is sanjeev kumar singla. i have a bsnl landline phone no. [protected]. the phone is not working sinbce 15/08/2010. i have lodged a complaint at local bsnl office at lehragaga on 16/08/2010. but the concerned authorities had not taken any action. i have reminded them thrice about this till date but always same answer comes that they seeing this but nothing has been done yet. due to this i am suffering higly mental harrassment and buisness loss. so kindly take action as fast as possible and take hard actions against concerned authorties so that in future no other customers have to face this problem.

BSNL — landline phone dead for last 15days

My aunti phone no[protected] in the name of smt Godambri devi is dead for last fiftteen days.I lodged a complaint on 198 an ID No was given but the same removed from your complaint log register without taking corrective action. I again lodged a complaint on 198 .Id no is [protected].Kindly start working dead phone no[protected] with immediate effect and oblige.

I am having landline connection of BSNL since last 10 years.But my phone stopped working due to heavy rains which occurred.I have complained many times and also visited the BSNL Office 4-5 times but the response from them is highly intolerable.I'am sorry to say if these will be the condition continued soon they have to shut down there company.............................

BSNL Landline Telephone — not working since long time

My land line telephone no [protected] is not working for the past one year My attempts to register a complaint also failed several time Earlier I had to cancel my Broad band connection also on account of poor or no response from the concerned In this regard my bill payments may also be verified to confirmthe non usage

BSNL — Landline telephone completely dead since 15 days

My land line telephone No. is 23482260. I have located in Kebbehalla, Sunkadakatte, Bangalore. and moreover I got Broadband connection also.

Since last 15 days, I repeatedly complaining about the fault of my landline telephone. Nobody responded positively, after the 4th attempt in Anjananagar Telephone Exchange, they have registered my complaint on 08/11/2011 by providing the Registration Number as 389.

This is a very poor response which I am experiencing many times with BSNL. Please note that, if the service is not upto the mark BSNL may have close its existence in the near future or it should be completely privatised.

Please don't ignore the customers complaints as we are in need of very urgent circumstances. This will be a big loss to me as I have missed lot of my career opportunities which I have to attend in time.

I am also requesting the concerned officials to provide rebate on the billing for not providing services for the long time.

BSNL Telephone landline — not working

I have a landline connection no. 2417989 at Sector 110, Noida (Aarogya Clinic) and this number is not working properly for last one month. Hence, it is requested to please sought out this problem.
