I WOULD LIKE TO INFORME YOU THAT I HAVE A BSNL MOBILE CONNECTION NO.[protected] AND IT'S REIBURSABLE BY MY WORKING ORGANIZATION. AS PER AUDITORS INSTRUCTION THE BILL DEAILS HAVE TO BE PRODUES WITH THE BILL COPY. BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONS FROM OUR JADAVPUR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE AFTER VISITING TWISE FOR THE SAME. THEY ARE TELLING THERE IS NO SUCH SYSTEM LIKE THAT TO GET BILL DETAILS ON REGULAR BASIS BUT YOUR CALL CENTRE SYSTEM IS TELLING IT'S AVAILABLE.

Dear sir,
I convert my BSNL mobile number [protected], pripaid number to postpaid due to the transfer in j&k. I port my number from pripaid to postpaid on 8/09/2017 but I was surprised and shocked to got phone call on 13/09/2017 from BSNL office that you bill is around 8000 rs and you please submit some amount immediately. And the number was just barred on 16/09/2017 without any intimation.Know one more suprise was waiting for me, when got a bill around 13000 rs from 08/09/2017 to 30/09/2017 .It seems totally fruad billing from BSNL office . Kindly suggest me how to know the bill status and total details please.
