BSNL Mobile — BSNL cheating us thru abnormal transaction | |||
I'm using BSNL mobile connection for more than a year in Kolkata. On 21/10/2010 7:14 PM I've credited Rs.50 topup. I've got the message that Rs. 50 has been credited to your mobile no. Though while I'm checking my mobile account balance I'm findling the same balance which it was before. The transaction ref no[protected].How can it be possible? However, I've informed this matter to customer care thrice, they're saying it was a technical fault and we're trying to credit your account if possible. What does it mean??? I've never ever seen a bogus customer care like BSNL who admit that it was a technical fault but also saying that your account may be credited. The recharge shopkeeper refuse to refund my money because BSNL message clearly mentioned that "Your mobile account has been successfully credited" and his mobile balance also has been deducted during this transaction. So is this the kind of company BSNL is? Cheating with people thru abnormal transaction. Is this the kind of service we're paying for? Every time customercare will give excuse by saying anything and we'll be the ultimate victim. One more thing this is not the first time this is happening. Kindly stop the sms pack scheme imidiately on my no [protected] and refund the amount deducted from my balance against sms pack scheme and inform to me regarding the same, otherwise i will complain in consumer form.
