[Resolved]  BSNL — BSNL prepaid mobile recharge

I have tried to refill my Fathers BSNL prepaid Mobile (chennai circle) using Axis online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 330 Recharge on 15/01/2010 at 19.26 pm and haven't received any refill. Amount of Rs 330/- already debit to you from my Axis saving account.

I agree because I have similar experience. I had bought a prepaid conectivity with no.[protected] under 'sathi' scheme( in Kolkata, W.B.) in the month of May2009 from a BSNL road-show. I was told that next recharge will be of Rs.200/- after one year and after recharge the validity will be extended by one more year. On checking through'124' I saw the next recharge is due on 28th Feb'10. I got it recharged on 27th Feb'09 with Rs 220/-. Surprisingly it showed validity extended up to 28th April '10.However, recharging was done though for a smaller span.
Surprise again on 3rd March evening the no. as mentioned above got invalidated. Complaint lodged through help line on 4th March '10. The complaint no. being 5203367.Till now the said mobile no. is disabled. I had a balance of more than Rs.1500/-. My present contact no. [protected].

i am recharge in recharge it now but when i am entered mobile no. the company did not accept and say this is no valid no

Today, 3.4.10 at 6.53 AM, I recharge my mobile through bsnl online service for Rs. 55/- vide my SBI account. The reference number is IG19446888.The amount has been debited from my account, but it is not credited to my mobile bearing number [protected](Orissa circle). Kindly process my request at the earliest.

I have on 09.08.2010, recharged my mobile No:[protected] for Rs.550 through a shop at Mangalore Attawar (Near Shetty Circle). The shop owner has shown me an SMS which sys that the recharge has become successful vide Ref No:[protected]. But my mobile is not yet recheraged with that amount. Please help me.

the utsav pack is started in my mobile no without my consent. to stop this service, i was contacted to consumer care (1503) to stop the service. they were only promise for stopping the service. but till today, this service is contined and un necessorily i has to bear Rs. 5 per month.

BSNL — Non recharge of Rs 124/- amount

I have paid Rs134/- to recharge my mobile no[protected] through my credit card No.[protected]. But till time it is neither recharge nor my amount is returned back.
