[Resolved]  BSNL — phone dead

FROM LAST 2 DAYS OUR LANDLINE PHONE IS DEAD , REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT BUT PHONE HAS NOT STARTED .

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICES OF BSNL BROADBAND. VERY TIME IT RAINS THE PHONES GO DEAD. EVEN THE COMPLAINTS NO IS DEAD. WHAT TO DO. TOTAL EXPLOITATION WIH THE LEAST SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a bsnl connection at home[protected] & also using broadband with it. My phone is dead from 12.11.2010. I have made complaints at bsnl (sec-23 exchange) many times but no satisfactory result. i went to SDO 3 times & every time he gave me assurance to resolve the same with in 2 days, but the result was same.No action has been taken yet. please look into the matter. BSNL is the most bad service provider company.

My basic landline no.[protected] is not working from four weeks. after at least 4 times compliant in exchange not any line man solve the problem. please start my phone no.2440571

IAM USING THE LANDLINE OF BSNL FOR THE LAST 10YEARS BUT I AM VERY MUCH DISSATISSFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. MY NUMBER IS[protected]MY ADDRESS IS LIG AVAS VIKAS COLONY SEC-03 JHUNSI ALLAHABAD. ) I AM JUST BOKKING THE COMPLAINTS FOR THE LAST 13 DAYS, DAILY THE SERVICE MAN IS COMING TO MY HOME AND DOING SOMETHING AND WITHIN SIX HOURS I AM RECIVING THE SAME COMPLAINT (PHONE DEAD) I CANT EVEN TOLRATE IF THIS PROBLEM PRESIST I WILL SURENDER THE LANDLINE WITHIN 10 DAYS,I AM VERY SURE I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

Hello Sir,
I m dinesh from Bomadra village in Pali district at rajsthan. I have BSNL land line connection from last 5 or 6 years. phone is on my father name jagdish prasad ji and phone number is[protected]. Sir in our village exchange is available but its servant it very loose he doesn't provide good service for villager's phones. last one year my phone is in trouble. 15 days phone is dead in a month. and more charge get by bills. we gave more complains to GDM but that solution is temporary and not listen long time. and exchange servant does not come on fix time and all villagers all angry for poor bsnl service. No benefit of land line phone. we cant access internet proper. because our phone often is dead. sir pls listen our complain and take any action against to bsnl servant. Thank Dj

As iam frequently facing technical problems with my phone .
the issues are like phone dead , phone disconnectivity ,noice,other disturbances etc.
kindly look in to the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.

Telephone number[protected] is not working since 1month .frequently we are facing this problem i have compalined this thing at BSNL office vijayawada ur line men are visiting but the problem is not being solved,instrument till now had not been provided.I had payed the bills with out any usage.so i kindly request you to look in to this and do the needful at the earliest.
