BSNL postpaid mobile — NO CONNECTIVITY

I AM HAVING BSNL MOBILE NO.[protected] SINCE 2 pm I AM FACING THE CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE NO.[protected] BUT NO REPLY FROM THEM I HAVE CONTACTED SO MANY TIMES BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TILL THIS TIME I AM NOT GETTING MESSAGE NO SERVICES BUT PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.

SIM card registration failed
I have BSNL mobile with post paid service. Mobile no is [protected] in Maharashtra state. Since 15 days it shows SIM card registration failed.whe I try to contact from other to this no then recorded message say the dial number is not exist. my alternate no. [protected] any error please call me.

I have a BSNL sim card for my mobile number No:[protected] taken from BSNL Bangalore. I never use internet nor play games which are to be paid. Yesterday I received a message stating I am charged Rs: 50/- (message from[protected]. I am asked to play the game by unlocking code 615959. I never asked for this nor I wants to play. I have already replied by message to the number stating that I don't want to play the money shall be credited back to my account for which they have charged Rs: 5. Neither I received a reply nor they have credited the amount of Rs: 50/-

Again I received a message from 5567800 stating I am chargedRs: 3 of VAS service, I never asked for any service. Further if I want to discontinue from this service I have to send a SMS stating YES to the number. I don't understand why BSNL is doing this to poor customer charging them for the service they have not asked for.

I request that the charges may be reverted immediately.

I have a BSNL mobile with post paid service. Mobile no is [protected] in Assam state. Since 26th May/2017, it is not working . The new SIM inserted of the same number, but no service found till to-day. So kindly do the needful for to activate it as soon as possible.
