[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid — GPRS CHARGES WRONGLY DEDUCTED

My BSNL prepaid mobile no.is [protected].Last 3 times when i have recharged my balance with topup coupons of Rs.55/- my balance is becoming zero in just 2 or 3 days without i have call for the amount.Then I asked to customer service center for the reason.I got answer that the charge is for GPRS facility.But I Have No GPRS facility in my phone as I have purchased new phone nokia 2700 on 21-10-09 & there after i have recharged on 22-10,24-10 & 28-10-09 & there after these charges are deducted.I have contacted to Bhuj BSNL office & given a written complaint for this & shown my mobile to them.But they had accepted the complaint & said that they will send to it Ahmedabad.& they didnot give me acknowledgement for the complaint.I had wronly debited for Rs.150/-.

Please do the needful to get me refund.
