i have a problem in my mobile no. few days ago. My plan has changed automatiocally without any reason, I have complaint about that, but no actions taken till now.I am really dipress about not respondig to customers.
So kindly redressal my complaint with promptly so that i can enable to talk properly with my previous plan that was On net/Off net .49/.59 paise

BSNL — I have balance but cannot make call
My Bsnl sim account activity date has expired. I have recharged it.It has 86/- balance in it. It's still saying that you cannot make call your account activty date has expired and it will be sealed by 16 nov, please recharge what is the solution.
