i am final yr btech student. i want to deactivate my RADIO STATION ....... it is automatically activated in my phone....and every mnth it is cutting 20/- rs.... i called up to customer care they r telling that they dont know about this radio station.... soo what can I do sir/madam...... i want to DEACTIVATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE......... BECAUSE I AM A STUDENT AND EVERY MNTH 20/- RS IS CUTTING FRM MY BALANCE..I CANT WAIT .........THIS BSNL CUSTOMER CARE CENTER IS WASTE ....BECAUSE NO ONE SOLVES MY PROBLEMS.......REGARDING THE BSNL COMPLAINTS........I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS.......BSNL OFFERS R NICE BUT WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION THEY WILL ACTIVATE RADIO STATIONS , CRICKKET ALERTS,,,......ETC.......

BSNL — about radio station

My name is Anil grover, i have to know about deactive the mobile radio services. Since 3 or 4months in mobile No. [protected] have automatically activated the service of MOBILE RADIO/MUSIC STATION. I am trying to Customer Service Centre using [protected]. But they have not satisfied and not deactivate till to day. Customer service person have suggested dial 12630033 then press 4 next 5. But when dial 12630033, the songs are playing then no suggest any option.
So i request the customer care how to deactive the mobile radio by sending message.
