BSNL Prepaid — Deactivation of Caller Tune

I am using BSNL Jodi Offer prepaid service for me and wife. I had sent SMS twice to deactivate dialer tune from my wife's no.[protected] and yet to be done and the amount is getting deducted for no fault of mine.

Kindly confirm where to give complaint or inform to stop this problem once for all.

I need to deactivate my caller tune which anyways does not work, but charges are deducted from my account every month..

BSNL Pre-Paid — Deactivation of caller tune

I want to deactivate coler-tune on my number [protected], I have send SMS BT DACT to 56700 many time. my account have more than 50 rupees but always detact 2 rupees per sms and not deactivate the colertune.

Prepaid connection — Deactivate Dialer Tune

1. Sir I have a number of Aircel [protected] since last one year . on 18th of Mar 2011 I has received a massage from you that you have charge Rs 7 for 7 days for dialer tune service . But the same has not been activated by me . Hence, you are requested to please that stop this service from my connection with immediate effect. An early and similer action is requested please on PRIORITY.

i want to deactivate my caller tune

BSNL has 'Without' my request put a caller tune for my mobile number +91-[protected]. They have already deducted Rs. 30/- per month towards the caller tune & Rs. 12/- per month towards the song. Whenever i try to call their customer service, "The number is always busy". Their customer care complaint registration site is a hoax. They wont even register me. So I want to remove that caller tune.

I am BSNL Pre Paid Mobile user of ambala circle. My mobile no is [protected]. Mobile TV services is started FORCELY on my mobile. I want to stop this service immediately, many times I tried through BSNL customer care but they were not able to stop this service and...

I am using BSNL prepaid mobil in Tamil Nadu, Chennai and my No.[protected]. Yesterday I receive SMS from BSNL 12+30 Rupees detected in my prepaid ammount. WITHOUT MY REQUEST CALLER TUNE IS ACTIVATED. So deactivate caller tune & credit 42 rupees in my prepaid account.

I don't know hoe mobile got activated to caller tune my mobile number [protected] . To my surprise to how they dedicated 24 for caller tune . Now I deactivated through DACT 56700 but it seems no effect please let me take my caller tune and refund my account.

I have not seen anywhere like the worst service of bsnl ; because am complaining for nearly one month to deactivate the song they are not doing it, please kindly look into it and cancel the song we wants to hear only the ringing sound for the mobile number [protected].
He is above 45 yrs and he's getting some english song kindly cancel the song otherwise we will change the mobile network
