BSNL ONMOBILE news service is deducting charges every month without informing. I hav activated the service 2 months back. I hav sent messages " can news" to 56505 for deactivating the service. Then they asked for confirmation . As per the instructions I sent confirmation message " can news yes" to 56505.BSNL hav charged Rs2/- each for the SMS but not deactivated the service.

Can anybody help me to get this service deactivated.

This is unethical on the part of a public sector company to cheat the consumers.

dear sir' wimax ka server hamesha aata jata rahta hai jisase koi bhi kam ho nhi pata. 750 ke bajay 850 ka bill aata hai jo hume bina kisi kam ke dena padta hai..

I had received a message from bsnl regarding internet pack which mentions 1 gb data with sixty days validity for Rs.68. But i got 1gb data with 10 days validity. I am very disappointed.
