Need plan migration
Dear sir,

i am using BSNL Saral Anath for past two years. my mobile number is [protected]. i want to change my plan to Beladingalu plus . Pls help me how to migrate. Also i'm receiving so many advertisment & calls in mobile pls give some idea about how to stop this adv's & calls on mobile.

i was recharge with POWER PACK on[protected]. after recently recharge with Rs.99(for all Rs.0.49) after recharge with Rs.199(for Vennela plus plan). present in my mobile outgoing chage is Rs. 0.60. why this. please rectify this please... Thanking you Sir/Madam

now i am BSNL subscriber my sim is running under superpower pack, now i would like to change it pise per second what r the ways i called call center but i have not received proper ways please send the message to my e-mail

AS I HAVE THE PROBLEM THAT EVERY TIME I CALL AND THERE WILL BE AN ERROR REPORT AND WHEN I CALL TO CARE THEY WILL TELL THAT PLEASE SWITCHT OF YOUR CELL, AND ON IT.AND TELLING UNWANTED REASONS AND POSTPONDING THE THINGS AND SOMETIMES DISCONNECTING...BETTER TO BUY THE AIRTEL SIM AND EVERY WERE NETWORK IS THERE.

SO I AM BEGGING YOU PEOPLES NOT TO BUY THE BSNL ND WORST SIM IN THE WORLDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD...

i'am suresh using the beladingalu plan where the call rates of std are more than the normal cost so how can i change this beladingalu plan to general excel plan

i am user of bsnl of basic service and mobile service frm near about ten years my mobile no is [protected] since it is my old no so my call rates was 49 paise/min to all local networks but from ten days my my call rate had been done 70 paise /min to all local networks accept bsnl the call rate to bsnl is 49 paise/min but to all other local networks call rate is 70paise/min this had been done without informing to me i had not done any recharge but when i went to bsnl office they had told me that ur no had been transferred frm 2g to 3g plz provide me migration voucher no i am from district patiala

I am facing problem to convert from 2g to 3g.
I stay in Bangalore and #G services were launched on 19th .
I am trying for conversion by sending SMS to 53733 Format
M3G120
after afew seconds we are asked for confirmation
M3G120Y.for prepaid now when i do this i get areply invalid request Postpaid user send M3G25 to 53733.
On the 21st a customer service Executive told me that it was due to a very old SIM and asked me to replace the Sim which i did, still staus is same, finally a complaint was registered on 23rd and still my oroblem persists.
I think Bsnl rather than rewarding loyality has punished me for being loyal.

& i need to change it to bindass 49 or general..
but i m unable to migrate it..

BSNL Mobile / Cellone — Sudden change to Excel Power from Sumo power pack

My mobile SIM number is [protected] under sumo powepack plan, validity was up to 2311/2010. However, before the expiry of validity period, the plan was converted in to Excel poer pack without proper notice.due to this my telephone expenses was increased by abnormal amount due to icreased rate of call charges.

i was using Excel student power pack, suddenly my plan changed to ExcelPower KTK .
i am fed up with this new power pack i want to get changed to my previous plan please do help me
in this new plan the rates are 1.20 paise to other networks its like a hell .
not even i received a sms to get renew my excel student power plan

I am using BSNL general plan for past one year an my no is [protected], now BSNL has introduced new plan viz bsnl Mithra. I want to change my plan to BSNL MIthra as this facility is provided to other connection except BSNL by way of number portability. So i need to migrate to this plan i need to change my connectivity from BSNL to other local area connection (viz AIRTEl).After changing the connection need to go again to BSNL for getting BSNL MIthra Plan.
So i request u take steps to provide this facility to existing BSNL customers.
