[Resolved] BSNL Prepaid Mobile — need plan migration

Dear sir, i am using BSNL student card for past two years. my mobile number is [protected]. when buy this card i was student. but i want to change my plan to general excel card. because i dont change this sim card. i want to continue same number in general plan. please help me Was this information helpful? bacause of lack & poor communication general people like me have to suffer a laught my student paln has been changed to general plan..a big lose to me..only because of poor communication of authorised executives of bsnl in kerala

so please arange me all sms detauls and mobile nombers her using for incomming and out goings,i afraid about her future thats why pls help me

My mobile No.[protected] under prepaid. When I requested for STV99 to be renewed I was told it is nomore in existence and advised STV Rs, 3/-. Because of this my FFE is not active. Please clarify.

BSNL — Mobile number conversion

I have an Arunachal Pradesh (NE-II) circle BSNL mobile number([protected]). I want to convert it to U.P. West BSNL circle under mobile number portability. But I could never speak to BSNL customer care executive from same number on Roaming in Mathura.
Please advise.

sir, i was using the student plan, but i recharged my number with a special recharge voucher of 40 from paytm.com.now plan is changed.and my bsnl 2 bsnl call rate is 1.2 p/sec and to other network is 1.5 p/sec.So plz tell me what 2 do because i dont want 2 change the number.
