BSNL Prepaid Mobile Connection — Deactivation of VAlue Pack Service provided by 54646 | |||
The Value Pack Service provided by 54646 have somehow been activated or have been deliberately activated. I didn't subscribe for the service. The service provider have been constantly charging Rs. 5/-, Rs. 10/- for the last 1 month or so and the total money it has stolen from my account for the amount of Rs.65/- till date. I had complained of the matter to the BSNL CUSTOMER CARE twice by nothing have been done till now. On contacting with the personnel there they just say that the work is in process. My question is that --How long will it take to deactivate the Value Pack Service from 54646? Kindly look into the matter and provide early solution to it. I had complained of the matter to the BSNL CUSTOMER CARE twice by nothing have been done till now. On contacting with the personnel there they just say that the work is in process.
