connection bsnl pune Hadapsar ex — Landline connection not restarted

RES SIR my land line was kept in custdoy up to 1st jan 2010 I have applied to restart the connection whose work order isno33 at Hadapsar exchange near kirloskar pnumatics on 5th jan but connection not restarted my land line no is 26824526

I have broadband connection for last 3 and half year. For last couple of days my broadband connection is not working. For last couple of moth it is very frequently not working. Speed of the internet is also very slow.

BSNL - DATA ONE — Erratic Internet Connection and slow speed

Respected Sir,

I have been using BSNL Data one, from the day it was launched. From past 1 year the connection is so pathetic that I feel I am being robbed of my money ( Rs. 1350/- per month ).

Apart from this, I work from home for several days in a week and this pathetic connection has caused many embarrassing moments and affected my career. I have lodged more than 100 complaints ( can be verified by their own complaint register and docket #s ) coupled with innumerable phone calls. INspite of wasting my time and money on these un-necessary things, they have not rectified the problem and even as I lodge this complaint, the problem persists.

I would like to charge BSNL with a case of FRAUD and dereliction of duty causing immense harm .

BSNL has very bad customer care services. Most of the time broad will not work but they will charge you full.
I have my own experience that, they charged me for modem that I have never taken from them. On enquiry they are saying this is sent by MYway and you should talk to myway.
Since than I am not paying my bill. Why should I pay for the modem that I have never taken from BSNL.
I guess Tikona has paid them a heafty amount to create such problem, so that customer will shift to them..
I am planning to have MTS imobile high speed mobile.

R. N dhavde from BSNL office, Erandwane Pune is very arrogant nature. He had misbehaved and used wrong words agianst us in BSNL office .

Strict action to be taken against such employees by BSNL department who have no respect to the customer.

Please take the action to suspend such employees from BSNL .

Similar is the case with me.My Boradband connection with BSNL is not working at all since last 3/4 months. It hardly gets connected for not more than 10/15 mins and then again gets disconnected.When I personally contacted to Kothrud exchange office and checked if there is any problem with my modem, they have identified that there is no problem with the modem but the problem with the telephone line itself and it needs to replaced.I'm continously following up with kothrud exchange staff about the replacement of my telephone line.But I'm getting answers from them saying the line man is not in today, he went for his personal marriage leave something like that.When I asked them why not you asked some other line man to take this up and sort this out then the person responded saying escalate this to senior managers.

My bsnl number is 25821711 and i have broadband service enabled.From 1st june, 2010 the my ADSL problem started and i have been going to khadki exchange from the last 17 days, i have also lodged a complaint on 198 and my docket number is 200172 on 3rd june, 2010.I have been calling all numbers at the back of the bill but nobody responds.I have also informed 24490202 but they also misguide you and till now my broad band problem has not been solved.

i have 750 UL plus broad band connection and i heard that is is now charged 650 rs only but i am still getting bill as per 750 rupees only what shall i do how can i get my revised bills and what about the extra money i paid earlier if anyone can help me i will be happy can mail me on [protected]@rediffmail.com

I just shifted to Indrayani Nagar, sector-1, Bhosari, Pune. I wanted to take bsnl broad band connection.I do not have land line connection currently.I visited the BSNL office at landewadi, bhosari for same.I have been told there that as my building is new so I can not get new connection due to some technical problems.If I already had land line connection then they would have given me broad band connection. But they did not explain those technical problems. Instead they suggested me to subscribe for 3G service. So we had demo at my home of 3G.But 3G's performance/speed is very poor in indrayani nagar.
I am not really convinced of not getting new connection. My building is new, is the reason for not getting new connection?

I recently got a BSNL landline connection as I wanted to avail BSNL Broadband. However i have been told that Broadband connection cannot be given in my area (Katraj, Pune). I am aware that many people residing in my Society have BSNL BB Connections. Then why not me?? Can this issue be resolved? I need to take BSNL Landline Connection.

I have requested for New BSNL BroadBand connection .
Earlier they have told me that there is the fesiablity but now they are saying that there is some line problem so that they will not be able to give the connection .

I think they people are taking Bribe from other service provider Like reliance and airtel. Because in my society Instead BSNL lines is their the BSNL worker are denying to give connection.

Please help or let me know where to lodge a complain against them.
