I have a new bb connection in this month, which telephone No. is[protected] . I have get registered in " selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in" on[protected], I have conveyed my user name and password through my email ID . I am trying to login the portal by using user name - password and / or customer ID - password, but these are not accepted . Please help me how can I do it .

The broad band is very very slow, I fear if I do internet banking or railway reservation for self, it will not go through properly. I am unable to go to the complaint page also (selfcare.­sdc.­bsnl.­co.­in), inspite of paying money, the service is very poor.

sir most of the times the page, "selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in " does not open and says that " problem loading page . try again later "kindly do the needful.it happens mostly and very occationly the page opens and delivrsthe data we need.please set it right boswell.[protected]

It says " The password you have entered is not correct. Please enter your password again.(SBL-DAT-00569) " in my lap top wher as In my desk top it is ok but after formatting in my desktop shows the problem now I can not check my bsnl Uses detail
But in the bsnl Office The user ID and Password is ok.
