BSNL Broadband — cannot check usage from 1-9-10

i cant check my usage for 5 days from 1 sep 2010. please make sure to enter usage.my checking site is data.bsnl.in

i'm unable to check my usage, bsnl have provided a website selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in but that website is not working from last 10 days and also i've registered in that website but the message shows customer verification is in process. my number is [protected]

How to check my broadband usage and i forget my user id & password .kindly inform me early.

IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2010 I CAN'T SEE MY BROADBAND USES PROPERLY.WHEN I GIVING PORTAL ID & PASSWORD A NEW WINDOW IS BING OPEN.AFTER THAT WHAT WILL I DO I CAN'T UNDERSTAND.PLEASE GUIDE ME.

i changed my plan from 250 home to 500c on aug 27..still now i didnt get any confirmation abt my plan change and now i cant see my usage because of selfcare.
now wat can i do to see my acct usage.

pls go thru this and rectify sir

i am unable to check the usage of my internet from the past 20 days i guess.. i even rang up BSNl people and they gave me a site selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in which of no use.. iam not getting anything when i open it!!
iam using 299 home plan and now how can i check my usage details!!??
this is very bad that BSNl people are not taking care of these acts!!!

Obviously the selfcare service is the worst. When will the BSNL come out of their age old practices and adopt modern ways as others do. They have long way to go. Soon they will lose out other service providers, including 3G services. No one knows anything clearly about what's happening. We customers are left in the dark.

Various instructions given by BSNL to check the BB usage - Dataone. Though I have registered User ID and Password, I am not getting through to open the BB usage. Previously, the system was simple and was able to check the usage anytime. Now it is absolutely complicated and even spending lot of time I am unsuccessful. It gives me doubt that the users will not be able to check the usage and will use a lot of the BB, and the BSNL has advantage to issue heavy bill to their customers. Let someone in the BSNL to simply the system to check BB Dataone usage.

I am using the broad band in unlimited tariff and also not down loadings so,
monthly my maximum bill is Rs 904 and this time my bill is Rs. 3291.41 how it is possible

I am also agree with all this comments, I am alos suffered with this sifting process of BSNL, selfcare.bsnl.in is not working, and as I went to BSNL local office there also this site is not opening I tried customer care they are just informing we can get this on this site only, while I informed them about not opening site they just sayingwe can't do any thing in this, we are here for giving you information. my monthly bill is only...551/- and for Septemeber 2010 I have got bill for 10538/- now I m not getting what should I do.

which is not carry out my login.I contacted customer care service which is also did not give any
proper solution.I hope they will find a solution for me.

I am unable to view the daily bsnl broadband usage.
