BSNL VENNELA PLAN — NOT WORKING NEW SIM

I PURCHASED NEW BSNL SIM [protected] A MONTH BACK. IT DIDNOT WORK SINCE BEGINING. WHEN I ASKED C/C THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO HEAD OFFICE WHERE I WAS TOLD ANOTHER STORY SO I DECIDED TO PAY 55 Rs AND CHANGE THE SIM, KEEPING THE SAME NO. BUT STILL IT IS NOT WORKING EVEN AFTER A WEEK.

I WANT MY PUK NO OF MY MOBILF BECAUSE MY PIN IS BLOCKED LAST THREE DAYS AGO AT 4 PM I GIVE ALL DETAILS IN COSTEMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE AT EVENING BUT NOT ANY FURTHER ACTION IN MY COMPLAINT PLEASE SEND ME MEESAGE IN MY E-MAIL ID?

when ever i insert the sim in any phone and then switch on an automatic messege is sended for gprs setting and rs. 2.00 is immediately deducted. i amvery fedup because of this problem . customercare was unable to solve this problem. please help me.

my mobile was missed last one month my number is [protected] and i blocked my sim through internet complaint.one week back i taken a new sim at this number.but sim was not activated.i ask the nearest my exchange they told how do u sim block after missing and ur sim activation also like that

15 days back i purchased a new bsnl prepaid SIM and its been more than five days its not working, no:[protected], jallandhar city. Network coverage is full but it always demands select network OR show emergency calls only. when i do search for networks cellone is there but when i select Cellone, the error comes, Forbidden network. Kindly please sort out my problem as soon as possible.

Hi Sir,

Yesterday I lost my mobile, so I asked BSNL Customer representative to block the SIM Card. I took new SIM card today morning around 11:00 am for the same number, as of now the SIM is not activated. I am really wondering about the services offering by BSNL to customers. How they are getting salaries without doing perfect job... . How much time they need to activate a SIM card? Really fructracting about their services..
