I have been poor performance of BSNL broadband connection.LInk never gets stable.
I have logged 100 's of complains , but no body wants to resolve the problem.

I am residing at Laketown kolkata. I strongly believe BSNL is the example of worst performance in entire india. And I will like to advise each new customer getting bsnl connection , think 100 times before u get it , because letter hey will not even allow you to drop the connection easily.

New Telephone connection — BSNL associates told us to give the connection on the next day. But now almost 20 days pass

HI Sir,

We have applied for new telephone connection, and got the receipt (No: [protected]) for PSTN (2460151/PTN1537).

And BSNL associates told us to give the connection on the next day. But now almost 20 days passed. Meanwhile we have visited the exchange twice for the same.

Once bsnl associate told that the concern line man is on leave. And next time they told to meet line man personally.

Is it in the process of getting the phone line? Do we have to walk behind the line-man. And Mr. Line man is saying there is a complex issue you have to give some money.

We are not able to understand for which thing this money is required and he is not even willing to give the receipt.

Kindly look into the matter you help shall be highly appreciated.

sir i humbly request you to take action and get the matter solved.

i completely agree with the complain, even i faced and facing problems with this BSNL BROADBAND service. the officers dont atall care for the time of the customer. not at all. neither of their complaints...
i have paid the bills for the month, they havent installed the phone to my place. bsnl was dealayed to provide service by a period of more than 3 months. and that is a huge shame for them. well i suppose they must be having a huge excuse against it rather having shame.

really this service and department is drawing BSNL reputaion backwards, , , and our trust from this service...

BSNL — Land line and broad band frequent problem

Dear Sir
I have BSNL land line connection since 2003. Recently i have taken broad band connection from January-09.
Since inception of my connection, i have been facing consistent problem of either phone dead, instrument faulty or lot of disturbance in line, makes it impossible to understand the content of talk.
After taking broad band connection, appx 2 months, i had been struggling for start up of internet. For help, i had visited BSNL office many times.
Once my broad band got established, again the problem of phone dead or broad band not working started, which made the life miserable.
Even after requesting many times to BSNL officials, nothing concrete or permanent solution given to me.
Every time the full bill of broad band has been given, on asking that it was not operational, they said lodge a complain on paper but receiver of complain does not get available, when you are there.
To lodge a complain, one has to leave all work and go to the office of BSNL, since it is not received or honoured through any other means.
A person working some where can't spare such luxury time to give it to BSNL.
As we have mobiles, hence we re able to survive but the relations, having land line number get
embarrassed.
Here i have request to you, to please look in to this matter and take immediate action to resolve this issue permanently.

i book a landline connection on 21 may 2009 but this is not provided on current date against this i complaint verbly 3 to 4 time but no action taken by relative officer. i am requasted to you please solve my problem.
i start internet in May -09 before that i stop the connection but when i start connection in May -09 the modem not eorking properly, it suddenly disconnect . Thus type of problem start when the modem take back in bsnl office for installation, i try to complain to the bsnl broadband help line no.[protected] but thus number is everytime in on answering machin

The network connection of BSNL Broadband goes down every 5 mins .I have to re-establish the connection and proceed.

BSNL Broadband — Server down every day !!!

This is joginder Singh. I purchased the broadband connection from BSNL now a month ago, but I am facing the problem of disconnection of internet every day.
Even the speed of the internet is lower than the dial up connection.
So I want BSNL concern department to solve this problem out.
There is no response from the customer care department as its a worst services.
If I am not getting the answer in time i am going to switch over to other service provider.

I am unlimited Broad Band Business Plan 3300/- per month my phone number is 2327361 But sorry to say that from 1st day to till now my broab band connection line very slow & most of day its not working or Dead . several time i complain to SDE (internet & Phones) But not get any good result

This is Dr. Narendra Kumar Swain. I purchased the broadband connection from BSNL now 4 mon ago, but I am facing the problem of disconnection of internet every day.

BSNL — NO BROADBAND CONNECTION SINCE 03 JAN 2010

Telephone is completely dead. No broadband connection. Complaint booked on 4th Jan. Repeated requests to Zonal Engg/Telecom Offr are treated with blank and false assurance of rectifying fault in no time. Self pesently on business trip to Montreal, urgently need broadband with immediate effect in order to communicate over Internet with family at Bangaore.

BSNL — No connection after 3 weeks

I have applied for a new connection on 13-Jan-10. I have still not got the connection. Repeated calls and visits to BSNL offices have also not helped.

In current market scenario where private operators are ready to provide connections immediately such behaviour of BSNL is totally not acceptable. BSNL should improve their service and customer care else they would soon loose all their business.

BSNL Landline and Broadband — not working properly and frequent problems with no proper response

There is no proper response. 15 days once there is a problem of phone being completely dead. We have to beg around the line mans for getting it repaired. There is no drive with the staff to close the issues and every time they expect something for doing their duty.
im getting irritating o[censored]sing bsnl broad band. . . no proper conncetion and we cant find it usage easily.. .no queries are solved by bsnl customer care. .. ..TOTALLY BSNL IS NOT VALUABLE NOW A DAYZ. .

we get a broadband service from some time app. 1.5 month but we have not get any bill regards this service and also from last week net connection had been disconnect on our phone no. is[protected].on the time of fome fulfill we have agery to the plan of 7500/- for PA.but from one week we have talk to bsnl office hisar but there are no any proper response from them today they give us tow bill no. 92154551 amount Rs. 1610/- and 2nd is 93904416 amount Rs. 827/-.Kindly request to you pl. continue to our bsnl broadband net service and also continue to our palan amount 7500/- pa as per our fome fulfill .
I HAVE A BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION.for UNLIMITED USE AT HOME

MY CONNECTION NEVER WORKS FINE FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS.AT THIS TIME WE DONOT HAVE THE SERVICE SINCE LAST 15 DAYS .EVEN AFTER REAPEATED PHONE CALLS AND WRITTEN COMPLAINTS.

I REALLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
