[Resolved] BSNL,Chaibasa,w.singhbhum,Jharkhand — not installing new telephone connection

I applied for a new telephone connection to use broadbabd service of BSNL on 28.04.2008 and simultaneously advice note is also issued on 29.04.2008. I contacted various times for installing phone Sri.B.B.Ram switch room, BSNL, chaibasa and he also taken phone set and necessary wires etc. but he and the line man of my area sri.thakur is just passing the time till today such that we are trying to do connection. when i said in complaint mood, they openly challanged for doing complaint to higher authority. It just seems that they are boss of the organisation, nobody is here to look into matters.after harrasing from all sides, I am sumbitting complaint to you for installing my phone connection as soon as possible. I have BSNL Mobile which i am using for 5 years and presently my connection is suffering to your bad service. my two last recharges became autometically zero but don't know why and neither customer care is reciving call nor any information form BSNL Office .and i also field a GPRS Connection but that also is pending by the BSNL .So, i request you to kindly lookafter the matter .my mobile no. is [protected].other wise i will take action against such type of misconduct by filing a case in consumer court.

I had made my complain against my deduction of Rs 71 despite o[censored]sing magic voucher on 15.03.09 with complain no. 3449561 dated 16.03.09 which is yet to be shorted out. Hoping you will get me out from my problem.

Sub : Complain against the worst GPRS internet service at Jharia, Dist- Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

Sir,
Duly respect I like to complain you that the GPRS internet service are continuously disturbing since last one month. If once link failure then it did not connect earlier than 24 hours. I am regularly complaining the customer care service (No- [protected]) about the problem, but there is no body to solve the problem permanently.

Sir, I am requesting to you with the positive expectation, that the problem should be solved for ever and I will remain grateful to you for ever.
