I AM USING INDIAN TELEPHONE CARD MORE THAN 5 YEARS,I USE IT FOR DIAL UP CONNECTION . THE PULSE RATE IS 450 SEC IN PEAK HOURS AND 900 SEC IN NONPEAK HOURS.BUT SUDDENLY FROM 2ND SEPTEMBER 2010 THE PULSE RATE BECOMES SO HIGH WITHOUT ANY MEDIA INFORMATION CAUSING HEAVY LOSS,AT NONPEAK HOURS THE TELEPHONE CHARGE WAS ONLY RS 4.40 BUT THE DEDUCTION WAS FOR AN HOUR TELEPHONE CHARGE RS 60.00 FROM SEPTEMBER CAUSING HEAVY LOSS..PSN NO OF THE I.T CARD IS[protected]. Sir,
T have purchased above calling cards from Rajpur Dehradun, Uttrakhand Exchange from concerned personM.S. Rawat (Phone:[protected] on 12 September, 2012. But to my surprise when I use this cards after scratching secret code, I found these number fake of no balance on these cards. I tried to contact help line phone[protected] as indicated on card there is response as this phone do not exit as message received on phone.
