[Resolved]  BSNL.indiagames.com — deactivation

my phone no[protected]. We were not asked to provide GOD facility, But wrongly charged Rs.200/- on January 2011. I requested to deactivated of GOD facility and given written letter by jan.2011.But to our surprise we have noticed that we have charged each Rs.200/- in the month of january 2011 & february 2011 also.
So, onceagain we request you to kindly cancel the GOD facility and return the charged amount totaling Rs.440/- which was charged for two months or otherwise the same may be adjusted for our regular billing from the next month onwards.

My land line no. is [protected]. Bill of Rs. 303/- came for some months. As I have only receiving set, hence I first did not notice the excess bill. Later on it came regularly.I had no clue as to why bill is coming. Local Burla BSNL office did not help. Hence I tried to lodge complaint in BSNL Sambalpur Office. The officials were rude did not receive my complaint only said go to indiagames. com and unsubscribe. I had not subscribed to the game. It has been foisted on me. And the complany is swindling money. If they don't unsubscribe, and return my money, I will take the shelter of Court to realise my money paid.
