[Resolved] BSNL/land Line Connection — Disconnection of landline service with out intimation
I am using BSNL landline with broadband facility since last 20 years. My consumer number is[protected] My address is "Parekkat House", PO. Mala, Trichur Dt. Kerala State).
3 days back my land connection was disconnected with out any intimation from the BSNL Company. After then I made an enquiry and came to know that, the reason of disconnection was last month payment due. Unfortunately this month we are not received any Bill from BSNL Kerala.
As I told past 20 years I am using this facility and up to now making payment in time. But as I told this time we are not received bill from BSNL. So at least BSNL should justify the reason and to be provide minimum time span before disconnection. I am really upset with this kind behavior from a service company especially during Onam celebration.
So kindly provide connection at the earliest and provide us the last bill for payment.
