BSNL Mobile — failing to unsubscribe

Mobile no [protected] registered in kolkata under excel anant.Rs.20 is being deducted every month for cricket updates inspite of calling customer service twice for the same.please put a stop to this.service no.55888.if not done,i will contemplate shifting to other networks immediately.an intimation of the same would be welcome.

My mobile is lost with sim. my no. is [protected]. I want to block my sim card. as soon as possible.
it's a gwalior (m.p) no. my sim is also lost in gwalior.

I LOST MY MOBILE HANDSET ALONG WITH MY SIM CARD AT MUMBAI CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION. MY MOBILE NO.WAS [protected] AND [protected]. I REQUEST THE BSNL TO BLOCK MY SIM IMMEDIATELY.

I recharge Rs.20 on 7.3.2011 morning with in one minute my Rs 30 was deducted my main account one message was in my inbox you are deducted Rs 30 for cricket alerts. but i surely i am not subsribed this service i asked customer care. They did not respond i unsubscribe the service the message displays 'you are not subscibed the service' I asked again the customer care they tell complaint number that complaint number is TN[protected]. kindly resolve the complaint my mobile number is [protected]

BSNL/Mobile — UNJUSTIFIED DEDUCTION from mobile a/c

Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to inform that an amount of Rs.30.00 has been deducted from my cell #[protected] on 25.5.2011 without any reason. I have neither subscribed for any service nor I have made any such call which should result in this deduction. I have lodged a complain at least *three times but my unjustified deducted amount has not been rolled back to my account as yet.


Kindly look into the matter on priority at the earliest possible.
