For the past four months I got bill with un necessary detuction of Hungama movie on demand and Hungama music on demand. It is not a correct detection. Please stop the same and refund all the detection what the BSNL done it, . We the customers think BSNL is a reliable service. But this type of detection are will think a doubt about your service. I plan to disconnect the BSNL service as this type o[censored]nwanted bill detections. Please do the same on preority basis and refund the same as early as possible.

In my telephone no:[protected], there is charging from January, we did'nt request any hungama movie or anything. Up to now you are charging this bill amount.So please deactivate this hungama and didect this amount from my telephone bill amount as soon as possible in your best .
