[Resolved]  Bulk SMS — Bulk SMS when DND is Active

Hi ,

I get frustrated from these messages, around 2--25 messages a day comes from different Bulk SMS services, having header like TM-YYYY, AD-YYY, TD-YYYY.
When I try to complaint about it in 1909 then they ask me provide number so that we can block it further. But I am not able to under stand that is it my duty to note down number all such number and call again and again to block the number. It should be handelled by either service provider or a direct action should be taken against the Sender/Caller.
Now I have note down some Number and want Legal action and compensation from those.
