[Resolved]  Bussan Auto Finance — Harrasment by the company

I am Reegan, I have purchased Yamaha Fazer bike on an Auto loan from (Mani Motors, Tondairpet) Bussan Auto Finance.At the time I dont have Any Current Address Proof With Chennia. So i Purchased My Friend Hussian Name requested them to present Yussian cheques. After That Hussian Unfortunality Closed Tat accout, Because He was hospitalized..i intimate to Field Fe;s Pls Dont Drop the job, my collect my cheque i wil clear Sincerly. But they only told sir we cant hold cheque nothing problem on tat, monthly u can pay cash on itself. After that i made a payment properly to fe. July month 10th i paid 3000rs, july 16 my vechicle was missed. i complaint the police.. Augest month 25th only i got my bike. i expence lot money to police station. i called up buusan auto finance Mr, sarath(manager) and i informd the issue. i will pay this month end. Only one month i didnt paid, but they are charging 6k extra. Sep 1st my vechicle seized by bussan auto finance, they sent one Legal Notice,,

Actually 33000rs only i have balance out standing in my account as per given Loan. But they Are Charged Around 37691rs. I paid 37690rs today, but they didnt give vechicle, they said come and the bike tomo. But after that one girl callen me she s telling u need to pay another 500rs.I am loosing my credibility along with money towards bounce charges. Started loosing the patience too.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter. Seizure of a vehicle should be a solution to the parties who are not paying the EMIs. Talking rude can be a solution to a party who is not cooperating. But I don’t fall in either of these categories Please give a solution to this situation

I have purchased Yamaha FZ bike on an Auto loan from (Patny Motors Begumpet) Bussan Auto Finance. I requested them to present my cheques to HDFC bank since the day I started paying my EMIs. They asked me to get the ECS from HDFC bank. I gave them ECS thrice but they are still presenting the cheques in my old account (ICICI Bank). I am loosing my credibility along with money towards bounce charges. Started loosing the patience too.

I spoke to every possible person in Hyderabad from the collection agents to Mr Farroq Basha head of auto loans collection. Every time I spoke they requested for a ECS and promised solve the matter. Beleiving themI gave themthe ECS thrice.

Meanwhile I got deputed to the Singapore office of my company. Finding my Mother and sister alone the collection guys started chasing my family at odd hours.

This Morning Mr Ashok from Busan auto finance reached my home and wanted to seize the vehicle. My sister called up and explained me about the situation. I tried talking to the collection guys and told them that Mr Farooq is already aware of this situation. He in turn was asking me to stand in front of him to talk. I told him how stupid he was sounding as I am in Singapore. Even after my families requests he was not willing to leave the place without seizing my vehicle or collecting the complete amount including the cheque bounce charges.

My family said they will pay the EMI as we never stopped any and asked him to discuss the matter with me regarding the extra charges. He is still standing in front of my house cursing and not willing to go.

I tried talking to Mr Farooq on the number given on their website. No one was bothered to answer the phone even after several attempts[protected]/[protected]

Auto Loan — Harrasment over Phone/ECS not working

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the car that I purchased in 2008 from Chevrolet showroom in CP. At the time of purchase we were approached by the executive from Family Credit Bank sitting in the same showroom for offering loan against the purchase. Although the bank was unknown to us but still we were persuaded to take the loan from them as they assured the best of services to us.
We took a loan of 1 lac from them & a monthly emi of Rs 2350/- was fixed for a tenure of 5 years. I got the ECS done from my salary account on 5th date of every month. The first emi was debited the on 5th August-08 . Everything was going smooth for next 8 months after which the amount did not get clear from my account. I checked my statement and called the executive (who was hard to trace) regarding the same. The executive said due to some system error, the emi would be debited next month. To this I requested the bank representative to please send someone to collect the money from my home as I have a limited salary and would not be able to pay two installments together. No one came to collect the installment neither it got debited the next month. I again called to send an executive to collect the installments which were pending for 2 months. I was told that an executive would visit in 2-3 days and would collect the same. Nobody turned up for next one month, neither the amount was debited. The same continued for 3-4 months, when an executive by the name Laxman Negi called us and started talking in a harsh voice saying that we have bounced the cheques and need to pay the amount in one go for all the installments that were not paid from our side. I told him that this is absolutely wrong statement as my account had enough balance for the installment but he did not agree and asked to pay the pending emis together. I requested that as i am a service class person therefore I cannot pay all the pending emis together but he was very rude and started threatening us, we even have the recordings for the conversation with him where he has been talking in a very indescent way. As we are very simple, self esteemed people therefore we did not argue with him and agreed to give the money as per he said, at the same time I also requested him to get my ecs started again as I am facing a lot of problem with the same. He said that I will have to fill the ecs form again and get it attested from bank and submit it to get the facility started again, to this I said that I have already given these papers at the time of taking the loan but he said that due to some error at THEIR END they would be needing it again. Anyhow I got the formalities done and handed over the ecs form again hoping that things will fall in place. Next month the same story repeated and my installment was not debited, I called to ask the problem. Laxman said that there has been some problem again at THEIR END due to which they would be needing to get another ecs form filled. I got really frustrated and after much discussion I again got the same done. In the meanwhile all my installments were getting pending which was again a cause of worry for me. One fine day laxman asked me to pay all the pending installments before starting the ecs. I said that I would surely pay my pending emis but not in one go as I do not have the finance available however I would pay one by one. Hearing that he again started shouting and threatened us to pick our car. At last i asked him to send an executive to collect half money and rest half I would pay later, in the mean time the ecs would also start.
My ecs did not work the third time also. Laxman left the organization and never called again. We even went to the showroom to speak to the company execs but there was nobody sitting there. I was unable to locate any body for next 6-7 months. Neither anybody called from the company for follow up. Today after about an year has passed, another executive named Amit called and asked to pay the money. He has been calling continuously for the payment. At first we tried to explain our problem to him hoping that he might help us in getting the same resolved but on the contrary he raised his voice at my father who is a retd govt officer and my mother who already doesn’t keeps well. He has been demanding money against all the pending installments, only after that he would start my ecs again.
This entire experience has left us in such a frustrating situation that we are unable to take out a conclusion. If there has been an error from the side of the bank then why should we be penalized when we are not responsible for any default. I want to know what is the use of such a loan where I have been threatened to pay the amount in one go. Moreover I have been so frustrated with this bank that I have lost all trust with the services of it and do not want to continue any association with this. I am writing this letter thinking that I will surely get a positive response to my problem. Shall appreciate if my complaint is looked into and resolved asap. I would be lodging this complaint in RBI & Ambudsman also as this is a case where the consumer has been exploited and threatened without any fault.

and tried to call the richmond branch they didnt answer my call and i have changed my no and i hv updated to them in last month itself but still they are not contacting me below i have mentioned my conact no kindly advice them to contact me

Worst auto finance company. I took a loan for my two wheeler and completed the formality of ECS, at the beginning there was signature mismatch and also a code problem which was rectified immediately but still they are continuing to collect cash as at beginning due to signature mismatch n later som server problem. But now all patience loose we asked them if they cant accept through ECS den they should return back the ECS formality and also collect cheque only for our bank records of the loan. But without listening they (neha) instead shouting at us and disconnecting the phone. We are at no fault whatsoever as bank account is having the required amount but dey are unable to collect through ECS. They really mentally harass by calling as if we are not payin money and itz our fault.

I have purchase a Yamha Ray by mistaken against Loan A/c No. TWO04INR00224965. I was ask to finance from ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank but Oswal Yamha executive ask me for Busan Auto Finance India Pvt Ltd. I was many times ask him for bank but they provide me private financer in actually for LOOT. I told him I do not have cheque leaf of my operative account I will purchase that after my cheque book comes he ask my for Jo cheques hai use karlo baad me banker change ho jayega I was asked him no but he force me he will change my banker if I face any problem related change the banker. After some time my some cheques become bounce because this was my un-operative account. I was send mail to busan auto finance 5 times for change my banker but no response I was trying to call customer care 50 times but many time they not pick my call 1-2 times when they pick my call bymistake they ask me go to our delhi office for the same I was ask them I cannot go their please send your executive for the same if you want I will pay charges for your services but they ask me no after 3 days their executive Mr Ramesh Kumar ([protected]) call me for collect documentation from me but he do not come after 1 week I call again but no response. I have paid 7 time cheque bouncing charges to busan auto finance India but still they not change my banker.
I was so irritate and was decided to close my loan account to make 1 payment. I was again call to customer-care for taken payment for closer Loan account again they ask me you have to come our central office also for the same I was write mail for the take money from my home and close my loan I m not interested to taken their provided services. After 10 days their executive comes after call and take payment of closer account and give me receipt No TDLB-0375748 dated 03.03.2015 he ask me for NOC will send by courier in 15 days. But today after 8 days my payment not updated in records and again I just have to take follow-ups for first of all up-dating my payment and then for NOC too.
In short After Paying complete payment before 7 month I have paid 10240/- for Interest + 2100 cheque bouncing charges + 1238.80 for Loan Repayment means for only 47000/- finance for 24 months we have pay 47000+13600= 60600/- before time payment and get only irritation harassment & tensions only.

This Is Only Brief of Oswal Yahma & Busan Auto Finance Pvt Ltd.

I just want my NOC and also i want to avare all peoples to never use these kind of services we have many Bankers in India so Y go to these private financers.

I bought Yamaha FZ bike almost 1 year and 10 months back (12/7/2013), and the bike's on-road price is Rs.80, 897/- exactly. I took bike loan from Bussan auto finance. I was asked to pay a down payment of Rs.25, 901/-. They said my Loan amount is 76, 000 and monthly installment is Rs. 3048/- and I have to pay 6 months advance EMI which will be deducted from initial down payment. I did paid all things they said and still paying EMI till date without fail.

I came to know about this very recently when one of my friends explained the cheating behind this. After my initial payment 25, 901/- the loan amount i wanted will be Rs.55, 000/[protected]. I was shocked. When i called and asked them about this they says this is how they processes any bike loans. This is total cheating. they are utilizing the innocence of people.
Is there any way to take action against this?
i have completed my 12 months emi i have checq bounces panality of 1400 by 10 months ago still now i didnt pay amount should i pay with fine (how much fine it may)...please help me

Very bad service provider my register mo no is [protected] (Ayush Srivastava), received noc after long follow up and after that they give me wrong details updated noc in my mail as well in my address, last one month I request employees over mail and call but they are not responding over call / mail, they cheated and take charges against wrong vehicles details, very bad service as well employees, need to take legal action against company.
