my self shamil mohammad,([protected]) i buyed an butterfly handyplus mixer, warrenty of 3 year, but its suddenly stops working in 2 years , when i was called up to the agent he is saying call me after 15days i will check that complaint, so is its an right answer till that 15days what i have to do with that mixer so i have to stop drinking juices or else to cooking item i have to stop it.. i m staying in akividu , which is nearest to the bhimavaram, dno 15/23 kousuri street akividu west godavari dst

I bought a butterfly grinder and has got a 5year warranty..but the machine suddenly stopped working and the coil started burning with fumes emanating from the grinder..luckily we shut the main forthwith ...Now we keep calling these service people like 10-12 times and their answers are very irresponsible no one seems 2 come for repair...where should I complain these people and get me a refund???
