It is allways very difficult to book a cylinder on telephone as all telephones[protected], 23915293,[protected]given by them are allways either busy or no-response. It tooks 3-4 days for hours of dialing to book gas cylinder.which causes lot of irritation and time waste. I registered a gas cylinder on 28.01 2010 at C Lal & Sons (Gas) Agency, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi, which is not delivered till now (05 FEB, 2010). This agency has the worst service.

Called up many times but no response. Did not recieve gas cylinders past 2 months.

I have booked gas on 24 Feb 2011 but did not receive cylinder till today i.e. 4 Mar 2011. My cylinder already exhausted on last night. Trying to contact the agency for last one hour. either all the phones are busy or no response.
