[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Poor quality | |||
This is regarding the poor quality of coffee served in the Banaswadi ORR branch of Cafe Coffee Day. We went and ordered two cups of coffee there. The coffee was served quite a bit late, and one of them had tiny pieces of shiny wrapper kind of material in them, clearly injurious to health if consumed. When reported the staff feebly said sorry and didn't even refund any of the items ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had worked for about for four years with the company called Cafe Coffee Day and after giving resignation i have not received provident fund.It has been 8 months after I leaved Cafe Coffee Day.My PF No is KN/BN/25459/3968. So Please do the needful.

dear Sir/ madam,
i went to CCD next to Victoria terminus (CST), Mumbai.
and the branch is just outside opposite side of the road and into start of street.
there i ordered chocolate cold coffee( it had cake piece in it).
and all the cake pieces (probably black forest or wicked brownie..) were so hard that cannot be cut through spoon or even the knives given there..
and i left the pieces un atteneded in the glass . it was embarassing to to take cake piece in hand and have it. that also chew it. which i had to did at the start. but the pieces which were at bottom of the drink were hard nut to rack. i felt like complaining there itself. but i thought it will never reach to the right person. thats why i am writing it here.
and any information about it. you are always welcome to ask.
it was saturday[protected] in the evening 8:30pm around. i had veg sandwich spinach which was good. please have a look into matter. because this are not trivial issue where taste is a major part of business.

My name is anand & I am regular consumer of coffee in Madipakkam (Chennai). Last week I visited your shop on Wednesday ( 5 Oct'11) along with my friend. I have noticed as they turned OFF the fan however Air conditioner is not fitted in coffe day (Partly) & also the people working there are staring on few of the consumers. Please recruit some trained professionals. If this happens for the next time & that will be my last day to your shop & I will be choosing an alternate one.

Me and my friend visited cafe coffee day outlet at kanjurmarg in huma adlabs. We ordered 2 cup of cafe frappe. To our horror we found DEAD INSECT in one of the coffee. We brought this to the notice of the staff who replaced it with so called coffee which had no sugar or coffee and was full of water. In spite of requesting to payback for the coffee which we never had the staff was adamant that they cannot return the amount once punched. After waiting 1/2hour and talking to manager on the phone , we were paid back the amount for 1 coffee. Dreadful experience.
Kindly look into the matter as this issue is of grave concern not only for us as customers but also for your business reputation.

Cafe Coffee Day — Hair in coffee and cold coffee was not cold
We orderd for three cold coffees , when they served it was not that much cold rather it was a warm coffee. Then we asked them to make it bit cold , they started arguing on it but after some time they made coffee cold by putting ice. When they brought it back there was hair in one of the glass. Hi,

Cafe Coffee Day in kowdiar Trivandrum Kerala state India is not running Air conditioner, and actually they are charging money for the Air conditioner facility along with the coffee and other eatables, Kindly do the needful, since this is a kind of cheating customers by the management of cafe coffeeday team. It appears that they have made this a habit for cost reduction and profit maximisation as I have faced the similar situation at a store located at Ranchi.

I used to be regular customer till date but now my views will change. I order a garlic bread with cheese and coffee but they delivered without cheese and after argument he applied the cheese that was in very bad condition. Coffee Day — Poor service
today i went to cofee day. i waited for some one to come give me the menu card. but no one did. and i was the only one siting inside (the place was not crowded). when i asked one of them to bring the card, he did. and the manager was talking over the phone till i left. i also noticed those people talking over my back. this happens most of the times i go there.also the employees seam to give special importance to their freinds. i've seen people entering into the kitchen where only employees are suppose to go and lot more can be complained. this is the only place that i've experienced worst service.
