[Resolved]  calcutta telephone STD line — No std connection

I have gone through the following message in one of your web-site.

"STD call now 50 paise a minute

CHENNAI: From March 1, STD calls between any two places in the country will be charged only 50 paise a minute, with BSNL’s ‘India Golden 50’ scheme coming into effect.

With this, the system of making STD calls by prefixing ‘95’ to the required number will be withdrawn, says a press release. All those having ‘95’ access will be automatically provided with full STD access at no deposit."
My land line number is[protected]. I have tried several occassion but always listening the recorded message of not having the STD facility in this line. Awaiting for your early reply by e-mail.
