Sir, In spite of several phone call and written complaints, no action has yet been taken to improve my broadband speed though Calcutta Telephones inform me with a letter claiming for the same. This is just to put in writing for easy reference and record that for the last few days the 2MBps Broadband Connection (500 Combo) is too slow in the download end.
Pointed to be noted :
Authorized OS SP 2, Anti Virus Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Bandwidth testing from internet shows good values (close to 2 MBps or more) but the down speed is horrribly slow.

# Complaint for erratic networking against my landline no:[protected]. I filed a complaint on helpline yeasterday the 5th of Augus, 2010. Docket No: M2036. There was no response whole day yesterday.
# Today the 6th of August I again filed a complaint on helpline at 4.45 a.m and was given the same docket no. mentioned above.
# Since I am working from home my livelihood is adversely affected. because of erratic networking.
I appeal to Chief General Manager of Calcutta Telephones to set things right before there is mass flight of landline connections.THERE IS NO POINT IN CANVASSING FOR MORE BUSINESS WHEN YOU ARE UNABLE TO CATER TO THE PRESENT SUBSCRIBERS.
# I sincrerely hope this message is taken up seriously, before it's too late. Your Russa Exchange
is out of bounds, as none of the telephone calls are responded. If at all somebody picks up my call,
he directs to another number which is not accessable.
Hope I will hear from someone in Calcutta Telephones who will redress my regular complaints. Please don't develop a sound proof head.

I switched over from my existing 250 home plan Broad Brand service to 750 unlimited plan recently.But my new plan has not yet been activated.On enquiry I fail to know when I' d start getting the benefit of the new plan.Last 2 months my bill exceeeded more than thosand rupees simply beause BB usage surpassed 1 GB.Last month I paid nearly one thosand and five hundred rupees and this month too, I'm afraid, I might have to cough up as much despite change of plan if the new scheme is not operative.
So I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure I start getting the advantage of the new plan as early as possible.

Last few months the BB connection is very irregular. Whenever I tried to connect BB it shows the Error 678 or 679. After a long time, though it is connected for a while, again is become disconnected. I have registered the complain in 1504 and to my local exchange(Cossipore in B.T. Road) for several times. But till now I have not received any satisfactory service from BSNL. I have paid Rs.5500/- in advance as a yearly subscription. If there is no action taken within 7 days I have to surrender this connection and your stuffs will be responsible for this negligence.
Sir, I sri Ajitesh Chatterjee, have taken your broad band service.my broadband no. is 24339329, for last one years I could not get your broadband service.Regulerly I have faced problem ofyour service.saveral times i have lodged complain in our local, Baruipur office specially to mr.Tapan Chakroborty(external Broadband division).But sorry to say no staps has been taken till today.I have lodged my complain to Harinavi exchange, Ranikuthi exchange.But nobody takes care of my problem.And I am suffering with your services.
