I am not getting broadband connection since 18.6.2008.Several complaints have been made at their broadband complaining Tel. No.[protected].Most of the times the above No. remains invalid.After thousands of trial Icould lodge complain. The machine made complain Doc.No S4709, S8374on25.6.08&27.6.08. But it is a matter of regret that after the complaint one telephone comes every time .The person on the other side assures me that he would come .But nobody comes. This happend several times.Since last two or three days the complain receiving No. is not working. So I am quite undone. I dont know what to do. Please help.

i want new broad band connection
My phone no. 23232096. Since 15-20 days I am not being able to access internet. Initially my phone was dead but it got activated 2 days back but still internet is not getting connected. The error code mentioned during connection is "Error No. 678". Pls look into the matter & solve the problem as soon as possible.
Calcutta telephone probably ensures the worst possible broadband service in the country, as I am also suffering from totally disconnected broadbad service for past seven months in spite of making several complaints to them and after making advance payment for one year against broadband connection.

My broad band connection is not working for last six months, even after repeated complain
My broadband connection is not working for last six months, after repeated complain no action has yet been taken. Wheras I am paying for the same, I am cheated.
Sub : Non working BSNL ‘DATA ONE’ Broad band services (fault 678)
1. My broadband connection[protected] is systematically cut (almost) every evening, and restored next working day by 11 am .
2. This problem is going on for more than a month
3. My complaints are known and discussed by the Bandel exchange staff in details.
4. They have confirmed by visit that modem and connection/Anti virus at my end is OK.
5. I have logged complaint every time the line is cut, (at BSNL Nos.1500 /1504).
6. I received lot of e-mail every next day from BSNL, once the line is restored.
7. But come evening line is again cut (the exchange is closed for customer at this hour)
8. I have logged about a dozen complaints in one month last 4 including today’s is listed
N 1407 & E 9634 (7th. June 20.45 ) restored on 8th at 10.45 AM.
N 4514 & F 0411 (9th. June, 19.19) restored on 10th at 10.20 AM
N 9936 & F1756 (13TH June 19.30) restored on 14th 10.30 am
T 1224 ( 14th june at 20.50) restored 0n 15th 10.30 am
9. The connection is restored automatically on the next working day after 11 AM.
The timing is such that we can not contact the exchange to verify the problem
This phenomena is recent, may be for last 2 months only.
I consider this as a terrible harassment to me, and a loss to my regular work.
I would not like to pay Rs. 25/- per day, if this is the service from BSNL every day then
I will be compelled to switch over to other options, under written protests to all concerned authorities in BSNL.
Your immediate attention is solicited.
