Dear Sir's My telephone no. is [protected] and I had applied for a brodband connection. On dated 23.09.11 two persons came to install the modem but after the installation of the modem, they demanded bribe for the installation . But at that time my daughter was alone in the house and she refused to pay the same. Today morning I have received a sms for the password for the same, but at the time of connection of brodband I found that my telephone line is not working. Here I would like to mention that my telephone line was never gone out of order from the date of installation i.e. from August2008..
