one day on 17th march i got email from CALIBRE HUMAN RESOURCES PVT LTD.. that there are many postion opning with them.
come dirctly at there jaipur office for interview.

they have not mention compnay name.

so that i am asking about that.

I hav also visited Calibre placement's interview venue and witnessed the interview drama along with hundreds of other job seekers, that was being conducted by the so called calibre team. I think that you are lucky to have embarrasing coments instead of facing harrasment for visiting jaipur without any prior information about the reputation of this company
I have witnessed the whole interview drama along with the hundreds of other job seekers who were cheated by calling through emails without providing the details of the companies having vacancies for the respective positions. You are lucky to just have emberrasing comments on email instead of going to jaipur without the prior information about the repo of this placement company.
Calibre is a fraud company. If anybody wants to work there. Then that person would be cheated that's for sure.

i am a job seeker
Few days back i receieved an email from Calibre HR Pvt. Ltd. and that job was for Events management/Media/Advertising on 11th April 2009 executive and managers post for Calibre corporate Events. I am from Baroda Gujarat. I went there in the given address in my e-mail. I found that the building i was invited it was underconstuction it is a brown glass building. Outside of the building there is a big hoarding for To-Let and for sale. That means that building is for sale. Anyways, lets come to the point. when i entered into the hall. i found that more than 150 candidates were there for the job. And lots of candidates were from outsiders. Like some one is from Delhi, Haryana, Bangalore, Chennai, Baroda, Karnataka, Ahmedaba, Andhra Pradesh, Faridabad, Udaipur. We all went there for the job. I was waiting there for around 1 hr. then i got a call for the interview. After my Interview Mr. Ashok Kumar (CEO-CUM MANAGING DIRECTOR CUM HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER CUM HR EXECUTIVE CUM ETC.) he was the all in all in that company may be chaprasi too. Mr. Ashok Kumar was taking everybodies interview. After my Interview he said that i am short listed and asked me reach at his office by 2.00 p.m. so as usuall after lunch i went there at my scheduled time.

when i reached i found that lots of candidates were sitting there. Those candidates not yet finished there first round of interview. So slowly slowly other shortlisted candidates were came to that place. We started chatting with each other then i found that there is a one guy who is an event manager in Delhi, One guy is from Bangalore who himself is a fashion designer and choreographer and one more person came from Bhopal who is working for Big 92.3 FM he was the event manager over there. So we all went there to spoiled our day. Finally I was called for the final interview at 7.00 p.m. and i missed my bus for Ahmedabad. Anyways, in mean time he met everybody together. He showed that what he is he showed us some pictures with celebrities. He did some film festivals at jaipur showed some of the articles which was published at rajasthan's local newspaper with his picture Mr. Ashok kumar (one man show). So when i went there for the final interview he asked me to join immediately in his organisation. I said ok i am ready to join by tuesday that is from 14th april 2009. I was asked to bring my conveyance that is my two wheeler all the way from Baroda. I was agreed with him i was ready to do that also. Let me tell u all he was hurry because he was planning to organise a show for slum people and booked the entire theatre hall. He wants slum people to watch Slumdog Millionaire. and we people have to arranged sponser for that show. ok the idea was good. I was agreed with all his term and conditions. He asked me to stay at his house. Because he is a single bachelor may be a gay. He asked me whether I can cooked food or not. that means when anybody would be appointed there that person should know cooking. Because you have to cook for him. Then i asked him about the salary. He said that he will decide my salary after that event which is going to happen on 26th April 2009. I asked him what about offer letter and appointment letter. He said I am very busy nowadays, so i cannot give u offer letters and appointment letters now. but after that event he will give me an offer letter.

That mother . He thinks that we all are stupid and I will go there along with my vehicle. I do not know what is my salary and I am sure whether I have been appionted for that job or not. Tomorrow after that show he may say that I am not going to pay then. I will lose present job and go there, and wont get anything.

SO GUYS BE CAREFULL ABOUT THIS KIND OF SPAM E-MAILS, ANDMIND IT CALIBRE HUMAN RESOURCES PVT. LTD. IT IS A BLOOD SUCKING COMPANY. IF ANYBODY GOES THERE FOR JOB THEN IT WOULD BE UR OWN RISK. YOU WONT GET ANYTHING FROM HIM BUT YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE YOUR IMPORTANT TIME AND MONEY THAT'S FORE SURE.

This is a fraud company. Even i got same email. Friends Don't waste time for this kind of COMPANIES. There are so many Companies in India. I have lost Rs 1000 for Job mela which was conducted by IKNOWX CONSULTANCY PVT LTD in Hyderabad They did not conduct any job fair. They escaped by closing office. They cheated many peoples around 4000 members.
I think they are very much straight forward... so they dont allow us to communicate ...
Dont make a fuss i[censored] have not attended that walk-in interviews...

Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER/SR.TECH LEAD:
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the team for successful delivery of projects assigned to him/her.
Risk assessments for architectural solutions and proposed systems and technologies;
Should know how to do module planning and effort estimation.
Develop overall technical strategy for external client projects from technical requirements.
Help in Project planning, progress tracking & delivery verification.
Code level customisation of modules & add-ons as per the project requirements.
Communicate the status of the project tasks regularly to Project manager.
Keep track of time spent on individual project tasks, provide guidance & advise best technology approach to the team.
Follow guidelines for quality delivery, project documentation, code management, etc.
Implement new technologies which are good for business & guide the team members.
Must possess personality to switch tasks and projects frequently as each will have different priorities.
Meet stipulated deadlines and timelines.
Work in Agile based project methodology.

Technical Skills:
Having a strong IT experience, minimum 7 years, along with team handling role.
Expertise in PHP, MVC Frameworks and good technology exposure of at least one framework such as Laravel. Expertise in at least one JavaScript framework such as JQuery, AngularJS etc.
Excellent exposure with bespoke and open source technologies (e.g. Drupal/Magento, etc..).
Should have done at least two end-to-end project implementations of 3-tier architecture / over the cloud. Sound knowledge of database designing and application architecture planning for Core & MVC projects Excellent knowledge of SQL scripting and MySQL database administration
Sound understanding of OOP and MVC development
Good debugging skills with browser extensions & server tools Experience with GIT/Jira/Agile

Experience in CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript/Jquery Angular.JS, json, Web services (SOAP, RESTFULL) etc. Understanding of the SDLC, good practices and experience with different development and change management tools
Experience working with any RDBMS and integration with application
Ensure accuracy & integrity of data & applications through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation & problem resolution.
Analyse & translate functional specifications & change requests into technical specifications.
Develop, test & implement program logic. - Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, design patterns.
Build highly Scalable, Stable and extendable products.
Implementation of Service Integration of an on Demand Web Application
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {Git / SVN}.
